All minors must complete a minor release form and have a parent or guardian accompanying them the entire practice day. The form must be printed in black and red ink. Apartment is on owners property and adjacent to track, so you can park your bikes and when you're ready to ride in the morning, ride the trail system to the track. Fully furnished kitchen, dining table with seating for 4, full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, sleeps 8 with 4 Queen size bunk beds. Full walk in closet and living room with smart TV.
